A WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS
EVENING.
LOW PRESSURE OVER NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA WILL SHIFT TO THE EAST
COAST EARLY TODAY. SNOWFALL TODAY IS ONLY EXPECTED TO BE AROUND
1 TO 2 INCHES. HOWEVER SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH WILL
BECOME NORTHWEST WITH GUSTS OF 35 TO 40 MPH. THESE STRONG WINDS
WILL CAUSE CONSIDERABLE BLOW AND DRIFT SNOW. NEAR BLIZZARD
CONDITIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE AT TIMES... ESPECIALLY IN OPEN AREAS.
