my best stripper fo rmetal is TSP found at the paint store--mix the solution and wear rubber gloves. I typically boil the water and tsp and let it soak and the paint just peels off--good luck!!

Couple more questions

I have to ask these before I forget again!
1. Is anybody familiar with the "Union Station Restaurant"? It was in business at the turn of the century.

2. Does anybody know anything about Toledo Magnetic Water? I found an old crate in my crawlspace.


Last but not least.
3. I have been desperately searching for artwork by Josephine Ormond Calder. She was a Toledo watercolor artist active from 1880-1947. Is anybody familiar with her or her art?
